Pre-Keyed Zombies for Horror Scenes

Zombie performers grouped by framing and action: wide walking and wide standing clips for figures in the distance, medium standing for closer threats, and headshots filmed from the front, side and back. Clips also show them reaching, looking up and entering frame.

Category information

Which file should I pick?

ProRes (.MOV): already transparent, so ragged clothing and loose hair keep their edges without any keying.
MP4: includes a background. On green, key it and choke the matte by a pixel so no fringe outlines the figure.

Category help

How to add zombies to a horror scene

Put wide clips toward the back of the frame and medium clips nearer the camera, with every figure's feet on the ground at its own distance.
Anchor each one with a faint shadow that follows your plate's light direction.
Time the clips that enter frame so the zombie steps in on a cut or a horror sting.
Match the blacks to your scene and let figures fall into shadow where your lighting is dark. A zombie half lost in darkness is more unsettling than one fully lit.
